Susan Crimmins is an intuitive and an inspirational speaker who conducts trainings and workshops in integrative healing, and who serves as a consultant to educators, therapists, media and criminal justice practitioners across the nation. Her expertise is working with individuals to restore balance within their physiology and their lives after experiencing traumatic transitions.

In the 1990’s both the death of her niece and her NIH-funded research endeavors in homicide, substance abuse and maltreatment influenced her to shift from epidemiologically based work to clinical interventions in the healing of trauma. From this juncture, a spiritual opening occurred that invited her to explore the nexus between science and soul.

A calling named Guinevere

In April 2010, a horse came to visit her in a dream: a beautiful chestnut mare whose huge brown eyes revealed a lake behind them. A few hours later a woman called asking her to heal her horse. In meditation the same horse visited, said her name is “Guinevere” and to please come immediately. This initiated Dr. Crimmins into the majesty and alchemy of horse wisdom, where she has come to honor horses as healers and teachers who model and mirror BE-ING.
